        Little Flower School is a temple of God‟s wisdom focuses on the integral growth of its children. The Kids Club of this school is a sublime proposal of this institution to actualize the overall development of our students. It is not easy to identify the unique innate talents of the little kids. Therefore, thoughtful efforts are being made to foster the hidden talents inherent in the little children of classes KG and one through the Kids club’. In our logo seven trees are there which resembles the seven continents on earth. The shield is in colour of soil. And its shape likes a triangle which resembles the Trinitarian concept of God. The earth we will maintain by green hands of leaves by maintaining its greenery which is essential to sustain life on earth.

Description of the emblem:

1. The child at the center of the emblem depicts the first letter of the name Kids club, “K”.

2. There is a rainbow above it which symbolizes the unity of the seven colours of the spectrum of light. Like these distinct colours, there are different fields through which we can acquire knowledge. This improves our skills and personality.

3. The balloons at the bottom of the emblem represent the innocence of the tiny kids of our school.

4. Lastly, the name of the club is written with letters look like children. It motivates the club members by saying, “Be together win together.”

Aim:

        Kids club looks forward the integral growth of the innate abilities of the little kids and foster in them an advanced aptitude for co-curricular and extracurricular activities. The main aim of the Kids club is to help its members to acquire knowledge in an enthusiastic manner. The club aims at the overall development of a child. The club believes that Today‟s children are tomorrow‟s citizen. So, we will work tirelessly to mold the best citizens for the country.

Objectives:

1. To offer individual guidance to children based upon careful observation of each child‟s needs and in keeping with parent/guardian direction.

2. To provide inclusive play opportunities and value children‟s free time to be their time, allowing fun and freely chosen play.

3. To create a happy, warm and exciting environment that is inviting, comfortable, flexible, and manageable for the children.

4. To deliver a Child care service of the highest quality that will develop, improve and sustain each child's overall quality of life.

5. To ensure that the Child Care Service is delivered flexibly, attentively and in a nondiscriminatory fashion.

6. To ensure that each child's needs and values are respected in matters of religion, culture, race or ethnic origin, disabilities or impairments.

7. To manage the Kids Club efficiently and effectively to make best use of resources and to maximize value for money for the client.

8. To value partnerships with teachers and parents through encouraging and fostering good communications, being attentive and responsive to feedback, and by sharing information.

STRATEGY
        Kids club provides its members a platform to act freely experiencing the freedom of expression in its fullness and thereby continually motivate them to grow as mature citizens. Children are motivated to express themselves and given adequate opportunities to reveal and outshine their inborn talents and set an identity of themselves as skilled and talented students in different academic and cultural activities. This will be the true dais for every child to apprehend and appreciate the childhood talents. The learning environment will be so encouraging that the kids may experience it in their own space. Therefore, this club turns the learning into a fun experience for the Kids.

ACTIVITIES

        To foster different hidden talents of each kid the club will arrange the following activities: 1. Active participation in the daily assembly through self-introductive programmes at least two students every day.

2. Exhibition of drawings and paintings of talented kids once in a week during assembly.

3. Motivational programmes to appreciate and protect herbal plants.

4. Self-expressive activities through digital class rooms to make the class room a loving experience of fun and play.
